◉ Previous Next 3 Axle 60 Tons Low Bed Semi-Trailer

Low Bed Semi Trailer is also named Lowboy trailer, Low loader trailer, Drop deck trailer, Low deck trailer, Low loader. Generally, the normal low bed semi-trailer loading capacity is from 30T-120T. For the special requirements on loading capacity or cargo size, customization is necessary. Low loader trailer is the most classic type of low deck and heavy haulage, and all the other lowbed trailers like RGN trailer, Folding neck trailer, Extendable lowbed trailer are designed based on the original feature of conventional lowbed trailer. Gooseneck, long cargo platform, the rear end with wheel and ramp, the three parts are the main structure of low loader. Ultra-low deck, long cargo platform, heavy haulaging are the common features of lowbed trailer.

  1. Series of low flat semi-trailer has flat plate, concave beam and tire exposed structure, its frame is stepped, longitudinal beam section is I-shaped, with high stiffness and high strength characteristics.

  2. The main plane of the frame cargo platform is low, which ensures the smoothness of transportation and is suitable for carrying all kinds of construction machinery, large equipment and steel.

  3. The use of three-axis balance type, two-axis balance type or rigid suspension, equipped with a mass balance block between the front and rear leaf springs, can make the deflection of the front and rear leaf springs equal changes, so that the front and rear axes are balanced.

  4. Carbon dioxide gas protection welding is adopted, and the entire frame is treated by shot peening, making the vehicle more beautiful.
