3. Packaging & Shipment Standard Specification

3.1 Pre-shipment Protection Packaging Work

  1. Exposed metal components including chassis support, pipeline joints and suspension parts are coated with anti-rust grease to resist seawater corrosion during maritime transportation.
  2. Cab glass, headlights, rearview mirrors and exterior plastic decorations are tightly wrapped with thick bubble film + waterproof plastic film to prevent collision scratches and seawater erosion.
  3. The feeding inlet, discharge outlet and manhole cover of the mixing tank are sealed with dedicated dust-proof and waterproof covers to stop rainwater, sea salt mist and sundries entering the tank interior.
  4. All hydraulic oil pipes, air pipes are bundled and fixed with special clamps to prevent friction damage caused by vehicle shaking during sea transportation.
  5. The whole vehicle is cleaned comprehensively before packaging, and residual water inside pipelines is drained completely to avoid freezing damage during transportation.

3.2 Vehicle Loading & Fixing Method

Two mainstream loading ways are provided: Roll-on/Roll-off vessel loading and bulk break ship stowage.When loading, use high-strength steel wire ropes and fixed support piers to lock the front and rear axles and vehicle frame at multiple points. Wedge blocks are installed on all tires to restrict sliding and rolling. Professional loading staff supervise the whole process to avoid extrusion and collision damage between vehicles inside the cabin.
