1. Product Introduction
This vehicle adopts the classic HOWO golden logo cab design, matched with an 8×4 four-axle heavy-duty chassis, specially optimized and calibrated for high temperature, dusty, muddy and poor road conditions in West African countries such as Senegal.
Cab Advantage
The golden emblem front face has high brand recognition in the African construction market. The interior is equipped with shock-absorbing seats and an independent air conditioning system, which can operate stably under high ambient temperature all year round, effectively reducing driver fatigue during long-distance concrete transportation. The central control layout is reasonable, and the mixing system operation buttons are arranged nearby, which is easy for local workers to learn and operate.
Mixing Tank Performance
The tank body is made of thickened high-strength wear-resistant manganese steel plate, and the internal spiral blades are treated with anti-wear surfacing welding. With the supporting closed hydraulic drive system, the concrete can be kept uniform during long-distance transportation, effectively preventing concrete segregation, solidification and mortar leakage, and guaranteeing the quality of delivered concrete.

The 400HP Euro II engine has strong tolerance to low-purity diesel oil commonly used in Africa. 3. Packaging & Shipment
3.1 Pre-shipment Protective Packaging
- Anti-rust treatment: All exposed metal parts such as chassis supports, pipeline interfaces and suspension components are coated with special anti-rust grease to resist salt fog corrosion during ocean transportation.
- Appearance protection: Cab glass, headlights, rearview mirrors and exterior decorative parts are wrapped with thick bubble film plus waterproof plastic film to avoid scratch and collision damage during loading and sea transportation.
- Tank sealing: The feed inlet, discharge outlet and manhole of the mixing tank are covered with special waterproof and dust-proof covers to prevent rainwater, sea fog and sundries from entering the tank body.
- Pipeline fixing: All hydraulic oil pipes and air pipelines are bundled and fixed with special clamps to prevent friction damage caused by vehicle shaking in the cabin.
- Whole vehicle cleaning: Clean the whole vehicle thoroughly before delivery, drain the residual water in all pipelines to avoid pipeline freezing damage during long-distance transportation.
