The XE750GK PRO is a high-efficiency and heavy-duty construction product developed by XCMG Excavator Machinery Company. It is based on the independent full-electric control system research and development platform of XCMG, combined with the ISSA all-process refined power adaptability control technology for digging, loading, unloading and returning. It enables efficient collaboration among the engine, pump, valve and actuator, and has good fuel economy. Based on the XCMG structural component reliability improvement research and development platform, it strengthens key weak parts such as the working device, making it more suitable for heavy-duty excavation, loading and crushing operations, and having higher reliability. It adopts an enhanced 260 pitch chassis assembly, with strong mining operation capabilities and higher operational stability. It is widely used in earthwork and sand and gravel mining excavation and loading operations, as well as sand and gravel stripping and stone material excavation operations in large-scale infrastructure projects.

Applicable working conditions:

Hard soil, crushed stones, clay containing stones, sub-hard rocks, weathered rocks, coal seams, metal ores, sand and gravel quarries, etc. - physical crushing operations of hard rock layers.

Equipped with a customized heavy-duty engine developed by XCMG with high power, large displacement, and low-speed high torque, it has fast response, high reliability, powerful performance and sufficient power reserve, making it more suitable for heavy-load operations in mining sites.

Equipped with XCMG's own-developed fully electrically controlled hydraulic system, featuring a large displacement main pump and large diameter main valve, the entire machine has low pressure loss, operates quickly and efficiently, and has excellent energy efficiency.

Equipped with an independent temperature-controlled large heat sink, it can be reversed for dust removal with just one click. The overall noise level is lower, energy consumption is lower, and maintenance is more convenient.

The operation mode features bionic memory function, with high flexibility in adjusting complex actions, responsiveness, and impact. It supports various operation habit requirements and can quickly identify heavy-duty working conditions, thereby achieving greater effectiveness.

It can be equipped with various working devices and has the functions of switching between multiple operation modes such as high and low platform operations and selection of machinery tools, which can meet the needs of different working conditions and improve the operation efficiency.

The mining enhanced telescopic chassis assembly is adopted, combined with a large torque walking reducer. This enables the entire machine to have greater traction, smoother operation and more convenient transportation.

The advanced XCMG excavator intelligent management system adopts CAN bus communication and Internet of Things technology, integrating the main control system, engine ECM, monitoring system, control panel, GPS cloud control system and on-site diagnosis system. It enables the digital sharing of machine information and enhances the intelligence level of the product. The convenient mobile APP micro-service allows you to monitor the location, operation conditions, working time, fuel consumption and maintenance cycle of the excavator at any time and anywhere. The autonomous controller collects the altitude of the vehicle position and the intake pressure of the engine, intelligently matching the hydraulic pump with the engine power to ensure the pump output flow while further improving the operational efficiency ratio.
