The XE700GK is a new product launched by the excavator company for high-end mining heavy-load operation and construction. It adopts a brand-new intelligent dynamic power adaptive system for the engine, effectively ensuring the stability of the engine in heavy-load working conditions; it uses an enhanced telescopic chassis, effectively guaranteeing the stability of the operation conditions; the customized fuel curve engine by XCMG meets the power characteristics of heavy-load excavators to the greatest extent. It is widely used in large-scale earthwork and stone excavation projects such as infrastructure, water conservancy projects, and real estate; sand and gravel mining stripping and crushing, and stone material excavation.

Applicable working conditions:

Hard soil, crushed stones, soil containing stones, sub-hard rock, weathered rock, coal seams, ore loading, metal ores, limestone ores, sand and gravel quarries, etc. - physical crushing operations on hard rock layers.

Equipped with a customized Cummins 15L large-displacement engine by XCMG, it has ample power reserve, low-speed high torque, fast response speed, and better adaptability for heavy-load operations in mines and other such environments. The engine complies with the national IV non-road emission regulations and does not have a post-treatment system, resulting in lower maintenance costs.

Equipped with a large-displacement, large-diameter electronically controlled hydraulic system, it has a large flow output. It adopts an advanced segmented current control system. The entire machine operates quickly, efficiently, precisely and smoothly. The crushing operation efficiency is higher and the fuel consumption is lower.

Optimization design of the hinge points of the working device, large-section design of the box structure, resulting in more uniform force distribution; the hinge points of the large and small arms are all designed with a fan-shaped structure and an integrated forging process, ensuring high reliability and long service life, and significantly enhancing the torsional, bending and deformation resistance capabilities.

The super-large size fully parallel heat sink increases the wind-facing area by more than 20%. It features two independent drive cooling fans, with water cooling and oil cooling controlled independently and without interference. The hydraulic oil temperature is reduced by more than 5°C compared to similar models. An internal shock absorber is included, enhancing the seismic resistance of the equipment under variable loads in mines and ensuring long-lasting durability.

A 70-ton mining vehicle with a large-sized chassis that can be adjusted in width. The track gauge and wheelbase are designed to be longer and wider, resulting in a large ground contact area and excellent stability. It meets the width restrictions for transportation and makes transfer more convenient.
