1. Product Introduction

This mixer truck adopts the mature and reliable SHACMAN M3000 heavy-duty four-axle chassis, which is specially optimized and calibrated for high temperature, dusty roads, muddy pavements and poor fuel quality widely existing in West African countries such as Senegal. It is widely matched with commercial concrete mixing stations, municipal building construction, highway paving, bridge projects and water conservancy construction sites.

1.1 Cab Experience

The M3000 suspended shock-absorbing cab has a large front windshield to expand the driving view and reduce driving blind spots on complex construction sites. Equipped with an independent air-conditioning system that can run stably under high temperature all year round, together with comfortable shock-absorbing seats, it effectively relieves driver fatigue during long-distance concrete transportation. The internal control layout is simple and intuitive, and the stirring operation buttons are arranged nearby, with low learning cost for local operators.

1.2 Mixing Drum Working Performance

The mixing tank body is made of thickened high-hardness wear-resistant manganese steel plate with full-automatic submerged arc welding molding. The built-in spiral blades are treated with surfacing wear resistance, matched with a closed hydraulic drive system. It can keep concrete evenly stirred during long-distance transportation, effectively prevent concrete solidification, segregation and mortar leakage, and ensure the quality of finished concrete delivery.

3.1 Pre-delivery Protective Packaging Treatment

  1. Anti-rust protection for metal parts: Spray anti-rust grease on exposed metal parts such as frame, suspension components and pipeline joints to resist salt fog corrosion during long-distance sea transportation.
  2. Appearance fragile parts wrapping: Use thick bubble film + waterproof plastic film to wrap cab glass, headlights, rearview mirrors and exterior decorative parts to avoid scratch and collision damage during loading and sea transportation.
  3. Mixing drum sealing protection: Install special waterproof and dust-proof protective covers on the feed inlet, discharge outlet and manhole of the mixing tank to prevent rainwater, sea salt mist and sundries from entering the tank cavity.
  4. Pipeline fixing and protection: Bind and fix all hydraulic oil pipes and air pipelines with special pipe clamps to prevent friction and damage caused by vehicle shaking inside the cabin during ocean transportation.
  5. Whole vehicle cleaning treatment: Clean the whole vehicle thoroughly before delivery, drain the residual water in all pipelines to avoid pipeline frost crack damage during transoceanic transportation.
