1. Product Introduction

1.1 Cab Advantages
Adopt four-point full floating suspension cab, effectively filter the bump vibration of bad roads and greatly reduce driver fatigue during long-distance transportation. The sealed high-power air conditioner can run stably under high temperature climate all year round, matched with air suspension seat, creating a comfortable driving environment. The overall sealing performance of the cab is excellent, which can isolate dust and mud from construction sites.
1.2 Mixing Drum Working Performance
The mixing tank adopts thickened wear-resistant manganese steel overall welding forming, the built-in spiral blade is treated with overlay wear resistance. Matched with mature closed hydraulic system, the stirring speed is stable during full-load transportation, effectively prevent concrete segregation, solidification and mortar leakage, and guarantee the quality of delivered concrete.

Power assembly inherits MAN technical standards, with strong low-speed torque and strong tolerance to inferior diesel oil commonly used in Africa. 3. Packaging & Shipment Specification
3.1 Pre-shipment Protective Packaging
- Anti-rust treatment: Coating special anti-rust grease on all exposed metal parts such as frame, suspension and pipeline joints to avoid salt fog corrosion during ocean transportation.
- Fragile parts protection: Wrap cab glass, headlights, rearview mirrors with thick bubble film + waterproof plastic film to prevent scratch and collision damage during loading.
- Drum sealing protection: Install special waterproof and dustproof covers on the feed port, discharge port and manhole of the mixing tank to block seawater mist and impurities.
- Pipeline fixation: Bind all hydraulic oil pipes and air pipes with fixed pipe clamps to prevent friction damage caused by vehicle shaking in the cabin.
- Whole vehicle cleaning: Completely clean the vehicle body and drain residual water in all pipelines before shipment to prevent pipeline frost damage during long-distance transportation.
3.2 Vehicle Loading & Fixing Method
Two mainstream transportation modes are supported: ro-ro ship transportation and bulk carrier shipment.During loading, use high-strength steel wire ropes and support piers to lock the frame and front/rear axles at multiple points. Install anti-slip wedge blocks for all tires to prevent vehicle sliding. Professional loading personnel supervise the whole process to avoid extrusion collision between vehicles.
