This concrete mixer truck is built on SANY's original heavy-duty four-axle chassis, specially calibrated for the high-temperature, dusty, muddy and rough road conditions commonly seen in West African markets represented by Senegal. It is widely used in commercial concrete batching plants, urban real estate construction, highway paving, bridge engineering and water conservancy projects. 1.2 Cab & Driving Experience
The SANY original wide-view cab adopts a four-point suspension shock absorption design, which effectively filters the vibration brought by bumpy construction roads and reduces driver fatigue during long-distance transportation. The large-area front windshield broadens the driving vision and reduces blind spots when reversing and entering narrow construction sites. The cab is equipped with a high-efficiency air conditioning system that operates stably under high-temperature environment, together with an ergonomic shock-absorbing seat, creating a comfortable operating environment for drivers. The control layout is simple and intuitive, and all stirring operation buttons are within easy reach, with low operation learning cost for local workers.
1.3 Mixing System & Working Performance
The mixing drum is made of thickened high-hardness wear-resistant manganese steel plate, formed by fully automatic submerged arc welding. The internal spiral blades are treated with surfacing wear resistance, which can continuously and evenly stir concrete during long-distance transportation, effectively avoiding concrete segregation, solidification and mortar leakage, and ensuring the delivery quality of finished concrete. The matched closed hydraulic drive system runs smoothly, with stable rotating speed under both full load and half load conditions, and low failure rate in high-temperature dusty environments.

3. Packaging & Shipment
3.1 Pre-shipment Protective Packaging
- Metal parts anti-rust treatment: Anti-rust grease is applied to all exposed metal parts including frame, suspension components and pipeline joints to resist salt spray corrosion during long-distance ocean transportation.
- Fragile appearance parts protection: Cab glass, headlights, rearview mirrors and exterior decorative parts are fully wrapped with thick bubble film + waterproof plastic film to avoid scratches and collision damage during loading and sea transportation.
- Mixing drum sealing protection: Special waterproof and dustproof protective covers are installed on the feeding inlet, discharging outlet and manhole of the mixing drum to prevent rainwater, sea salt spray and sundries from entering the drum interior.
- Pipeline fixing & protection: All hydraulic oil pipes and air pipelines are bundled and fixed with special clamps to prevent friction damage caused by vehicle shaking in the cabin during transportation.
- Whole vehicle cleaning: The whole vehicle is thoroughly cleaned before delivery, and residual water in all pipelines is drained completely to avoid pipeline frost cracking during transoceanic transportation.
3.2 Loading & Fixing Method
Two mainstream loading schemes are supported: Roll-on/Roll-off vessel transportation and bulk break ship consignment.During loading, high-strength steel wire ropes and fixed support piers are used to lock the frame, front and rear axles at multiple points. Anti-slip wedge blocks are installed under each tire to prevent vehicle sliding and rolling. Professional loading supervisors control the whole process to avoid extrusion and collision between vehicles in the cabin.
